Anna Friel shared a sweet clip of her daughter Gracie blowing out her candles on her 16th birthday as she doted that her birth was the best day.

Despite this, she later became pregnant and gave birth to a daughter, Gracie Ellen Mary Friel, on 9 July 2005, at Portland Hospital, London.
